Make Up Lesson Policy
If student misses lesson: Regardless of reason or number of lessons missed by student, student will only receive two make up lessons per semester. For example: If student misses one lesson for illness and two for trips, student will receive two make up lessons. If student misses three for illness, student will receive two make up lessons.If student is a “no show” once and misses for illness twice she/he will receive two make up lessons. Exception:If lessons need to be rescheduled during Fall/Spring break week and Thanksgiving break, won’t count as part of the two make up lessons
Make up lesson will need to be scheduled within a month of the missed lesson, otherwise the lesson will be forfeited, and make up lesson CAN’T be rescheduled again for any reason.
All lessons must be completed by May 31(Spring Semester), Dec.31(Fall Semester), and none of the scheduled lesson dates may be skipped. If you have already used two makeup lessons, any missed lessons will be charged and no additional makeup lessons will be provided.
Payment Policy
Lesson fee should be paid either by month or semester at the beginning of the month, no later than the first lesson. The amount of every month is based on the dates that was provided at the beginning of the semester. Or students can pay in full amount of a semester within the first week of the semester starts, students will get 3% discount. If payment has not been received by the first lesson of the month, there will be a late fee of $15.
And lesson fees for which has passed the lesson dates are non-refundable.
There is a $70 annual registration fee, due with the 1st month tuition. Registration fee is non-refundable. It will be charged annually in the month of your registration.This registration fee includes:
-Performance opportunities at WE Music Academy recital room.
-Printing materials/music sheets
-Administration fee
Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, Venmo, Zelle(470-529-3096 WE Music)
Additional possible charge
The first scan card we provide is free, but if got lost, we will have to charge $20 to make a new one for the student.
Scheduling Policy
Once lesson time has been scheduled, being on time is required. If you arrive late, you will only receive the remainder of the lesson time.If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not contacted school/teacher, teacher will not be available for the remainder of your scheduled time and this lesson will be charged without getting a make up lesson. If you are unable to come to the lesson and only notify teacher within 24 hours of the lesson time, if it is not urgent reason, you will not get a make up lesson and will still be charged for the lesson.
