WE Music Academy Inc ("W.E. Music Academy," "we," "us," or "our") operates music lesson programs in Johns Creek and Roswell, Georgia, and the website www.wemusicacademy.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Contact information: parent/guardian name, mobile phone number, email address, and emergency contact.
Student information: student name, date of birth, instrument, teacher, and lesson schedule.
Account and payment records: lesson credits, payment dates, amounts, and payment method type. We do not store full credit card numbers.
Attendance records: lesson check-ins and related notes.
Messaging records: your SMS consent status, opt-out (STOP) requests, and a log of messages we send.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to run our music school, including to:

schedule lessons, trial lessons, and make-up lessons;
send lesson reminders, schedule changes, holiday and closure notices;
send payment receipts, tuition and account notifications, and policy-signing reminders;
answer your questions and provide customer support;
keep accurate attendance, billing, and legal records.

3. SMS / Text Messaging

By checking the SMS consent box, you give your consent directly to WE Music Academy Inc (W.E. Music Academy) to receive text messages. If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will send you text messages related to your student's lessons and account. Message frequency varies. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate our school (for example, our text messaging provider, email provider, cloud hosting, and payment processors), and only as needed to provide those services. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.

Our students may be under 13. We collect student information only from a parent or legal guardian, for the purpose of providing lessons. Text messages and emails are sent to parents/guardians, not to children.

Access or correction: you may ask us to review, update, or correct your information.
Deletion: you may ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
